With the Street Fighter V main event, Saigon Cup 2017 aims to be the year's biggest celebration for those who grew up and fell in love with fighting games in Vietnam. Saigon Cup 2017, which takes place in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam from May 20th through 21st, is one of four Ranking Events taking place around the world this weekend.
